Grief Resources

Grief takes many forms and touches us all in different ways. There is no 'right' way to grieve- only your way.

These resources are here to support you, offer comfort, and remind you that you don't have to walk this journey alone.

Grief can feel heavy and all-encompassing, affecting not only our emotions but also our physical body and spirit.

Reiki offers a gentle, nurturing space to release some of that weight, restore balance, and invite calm during difficult times. While Reiki cannot take away loss, it can provide comfort, ease tension, and help create moments of peace along the grieving journey.
